Customer Service Officer / Sales Support

Swedish MNC Basic from $3,200 to $3,500 AWS + Bonus Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:50pm Location: Tuas Responsibilities Handle sales enquiry, quotation, order entry to invoicing including processing of order return and purchase order. Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely deliveries to customers and vendors. Track and follow up on orders, providing customers with regular updates on order status. Ensure on-time delivery and promptly furnish customers with all required documentation. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all order management activities comply with company policies and procedures. Verify invoice matching and ensure proper filing of credit notes and supporting documents. Requirements
Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role. Proficient in English and Chinese
