Customer Service Officer - Job Scope
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner Coordinate delivery schedules and service arrangements with customers and operations team Follow up on delivery status, delays, and any service discrepancies Maintain accurate customer records and update system data accordingly Liaise closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalation when necessary Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / email usage) Able to work independently and as part of a team Prior customer service or logistics experience is an advantage
