Job Description
Branch Service Staff are responsible for performing daily branch operational activities such as Over the Counter (OTC) transactions, account onboarding/servicing, providing proper and timely solutions to clients, and referring clients to business units for new services while maintaining excellent customer relations. Service Staff must operate with the highest level of integrity, as the nature of the work involves high‑risk instruments such as cash and controlled stocks. Staff will work alongside the Service Manager (SM) to manage transactional, onboarding, and operational risks in compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines, and support business growth by identifying and referring clients to relevant units in line with branch targets set by the Branch Manager (BM) and SM.
