About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to support daily operations at Mobot HQ. This role involves coordinating customer service, after-sales support, and technician scheduling while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Coordination- Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and after-sales support
- Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians
- Follow up with customers on repair status and service updates
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally
