Responsibilities
- Assist travellers at the check-in desks
- Confirm passenger identities at the boarding gates
- Check details on travel documents, passports, and/or visas
- Offer assistance to customers with special needs
- Address customer concerns related to flight disruptions
- Manage customer paperwork and documentation
- Resolve customer problems with self-service check-in systems
- Minimum N levels or above
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to perform shift work
