Job Description

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documents.

  • Customer service duties which include:
    • Order processing and preparation of full set of export shipping documents
    • Invoicing, packing list, bill of lading
    • Certificate of Origin / FORM E
    • Preparation of shipping documents under Letters of Credit
    • Liaising with shipping company
  • Effectively communicating with various internal and external customers in APAC and globally.
  • Understanding customers’ requirements, order process and establishing a win-win outcome to ensure smooth delivery of products and provide excellent services to customers and distributors.
  • Ensuring all LC / shipping document submissions to banks or customers with zero discrepancy within stipulated working days.
