Working Location : Near Woodlands/Marsiling
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for all transportation-related enquiries from parents, students, and staff.
- Handle all transportation-related enquiries, feedback, and complaints from parents and staff.
- Address feedback, complaints, route change requests, and emergency issues with appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate daily bus routes, driver schedules, and student transport lists.
- Liaise with bus vendors and drivers to ensure punctuality and service standards.
- Maintain accurate transport records, billing details, and service documentation.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate incident reporting and documentation when necessary.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
