This is a very important role in the Collections team where you will be a key internal contact point in order to build relationships with customers, whilst working through collections accounts. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing high quality service
- Successfully providing quality resolution of disputed accounts
- Negotiating with clients throughout all stages of collections process in align with company policies
