Overview
The Customer Service & Rental Facilitator - Lift Truck will be responsible for assisting customers with their equipment rental needs, facilitating getting equipment back to a ready-to-rent condition. Will also be responsible for scheduling equipment deliveries, pick-ups, and transportation. Will assist Store Coordinator with any miscellaneous/special projects or tasks as needed.
Basic Duties
+ Responsible for assisting customers with sales and rental equipment needs.
+ Assist walk-in customers with sales and service needs.
+ Enter all rental contracts, billing statements/invoices.
+ Order rental forklift supplies, sell supply items and be responsible for re-stocking supply items.
+ Answer calls and customer questions in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service to all customers.
