**Customer Service Representative**
**Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Duration:** Full-Time, 4-Month Assignment
**Language Requirement:** Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
**Position Overview**
The Customer Service Representative provides outreach and enrollment support to beneficiaries, both in group settings and one-on-one. This role focuses on educating individuals about managed care options, assisting with enrollment processes, and delivering excellent customer service in both office and community settings.
