Delma Laboratory for Soil & Construction Materials Inspection LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage client inquiries, coordinate sample submissions, and support laboratory operations. This role is responsible for assisting clients with testing requests, scheduling sample pickups, and ensuring timely communication of test results. The position reports to the Client Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding soil testing, construction material analysis, and laboratory services
- Provide information on available tests, sample requirements, pricing, and standard turnaround times
- Assist clients with sample submission procedures including documentation, labeling, and delivery instructions
