Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced phone based customer service personto their busy organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails from automotive customers and suppliers
- Assessing customers needs
- Data entry
- Processing sales orders
- Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
- Strong computer skills are essential
