We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in Icelandic to join a leading outsourcing / BPO team in Barcelona. In this full‑time role (38.5 h/week), you will assist international travellers and accommodation partners handling enquiries via phone and email, clarifying service, payment and technical questions, and ensuring excellent support throughout the process. You'll serve as a mediator between clients and accommodation providers, always striving to deliver a high level of service and clear communication, while following established procedures.
What You Need
- Native or fluent Icelandic (C2), and strong command of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and spoken
