Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support consumer inquiries and product-related concerns for a growing organization in Bloomfield, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity combines onsite collaboration two days per week with remote work three days per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering thoughtful service across phone, email, and digital channels. The person in this role will help ensure customer issues are documented accurately, resolved efficiently, and handled with professionalism.
