**Type:** Temporary to Permanent | Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5pm

**What you'll do:**
+ Answer incoming calls and process customer orders
+ Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to electrical/equipment support
+ Document and track customer interactions
+ Follow up regarding order status, shipping, and availability
+ Maintain high service standards and strong communication skills (phone & email)
