About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service & Track and Trace Specialist to ensure a seamless shipment experience for our customers by providing proactive visibility, issue resolution, and high-quality support across the logistics lifecycle. This role plays a key part in coordinating with internal teams and external partners to monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and deliver reliable, transparent communication to customers.
What You’ll Do
- Build transparent, trusted relationships with customers by providing timely updates and proactive communication regarding shipment status and operational incidents.
- Monitor shipments and ensure accurate track and trace visibility across logistics platforms and carrier systems.
