Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account in a BPO environment, you will be the frontline contact for customers of retail brands. Your role is to provide excellent service by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Need to be at least High School Graduate/SHS Graduate.
