Job Description
Location: Bugis HQ. Salary: up to 4.3k.
Responsibilities- Correspond with clients by phone, email or facsimile for projects and other related matters.
- Key contact window for clients’ procurement group for spare parts and supervisor requirement.
- Work as an overall account manager for the assigned client(s).
- Review commercial contract terms & conditions.
- Prepare quotes and purchase orders, both technical and commercial.
- Responsible for following the rules assigned for determining margin and other considerations.
- Be proactive in liaising with customers/vendors, procurement and engineering department to prepare quotations, etc. for after‑sales services.
- Arrange and attend meetings with in‑house engineers, sales persons, etc.
- Coordinate with client and accounts team for timely preparation and processing of invoices; responsible for tracking invoices and ensuring timely payments.
