Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We’re looking for someone who can handle high call volume, stay sharp under pressure, and consistently turn conversations into booked appointments.
This is not a “figure it out yourself” role.
You’ll follow a proven system, get real coaching, and know exactly how you’re performing every day.

+ Handle inbound & outbound calls
+ Identify customer needs
+ Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
+ Track activity and follow a structured process
