What You Will Do In This Role
Take incoming user requests
Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps like Soundtouch & Bose Music
Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users
Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
Your Qualifications
Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and have an advanced level of English
Have excellent customer care skills...
