Job Description

A Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account assists customers with banking, credit card, insurance, loans, or other financial-related concerns through phone, chat, or email support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding financial accounts
  • Assist with balance inquiries, transactions, billing, and payments
  • Help customers update account information
  • Resolve complaints and account issues professionally
