This position is ideal for someone who communicates calmly, stays organized in a fast-paced service environment, and can provide clear guidance over the phone and through case-related follow-up. The person in this role will help clients understand their case progress, coordinate hearing preparation needs, and ensure every interaction is documented accurately and professionally.
