What you will enjoy doing You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from agents by solving agents simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained You will also ensure a good relationship with customers Additionally, you will be changing and maintaining customer's data on the system You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily You speak French at a native level and English fluently Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge You are able to work in a result oriented team Minimum required secondary school
