Customer Service Representative — Banking (German + Spanish) | Madrid / Valencia, Spain
Banking never sleeps — and neither does this team. We're looking for a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic on-site banking support team across two of Spain's most vibrant cities. If you bring precision, warmth, and a flair for languages, this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer contacts in German for a leading banking client via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account queries, transactions, complaints, and general banking services
- Work across rotating shift patterns — morning (07:00–16:00), afternoon (14:00–24:00), or night (22:00–07:00, Madrid only)
- Maintain rigorous accuracy in case logging and follow escalation protocols
