HCB Technologies is looking for a customer service superstar to join our team. This role is all about delivering fast, accurate and practical support to our customers, helping them get the right battery solution, keeping orders moving, and supporting profitable sales growth across the branch.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
What the role involves:
- Serving trade, wholesale and retail customers at the counter and over the phone
- Helping customers identify the right battery, charger or power solution for the job
- Providing accurate product, pricing, availability and order information
