This role serves as a primary point of contact for standard customer inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-up, with increasing independence and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Reviews and processes customer orders in the ERP system, verifying part numbers, quantities, and delivery information
+ Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, lead times, and delivery updates
