We are hiring Customer Support professionals for an International Voice Process (Career Counseling role). The candidate will interact with U.S.-based clients, understand their needs, guide them with appropriate career solutions, and ensure a smooth support experience.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to handle international calls confidently
Comfortable working in night shift
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Prior international calling experience preferred
