Processes orders and handles questions, providing information on delivery times and stock situation. Accounting support.
TASKS
·Order processing and follow-up in contact with logistic company in the territory.
·Contact with customers
·Customer service (handle questions and complaints) in English, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
·Answer and forwarded incoming phone calls
·Active collaboration with the product specialist to provide assistance. Back-office support for the sales team in the territory.
·Active collaboration with the lead office
·Managing appropriate filing system to conform to auditing requests
·All-round administrative help to direct management and product specialists (mailings and diverse correspondence in English)
·Sales data analysis in the territory
