**Job Description**
The Customer Service Representative coordinates across multiple functions to ensure on-time delivery, contract compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction for turbine engine overhaul and repair services. Based in the Mesa facility, this role manages customer and internal requirements from quotation through shipment, supports financial goals, and serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

+ Review customer requirements for all assigned orders to ensure they are processed and entered in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions.
