Position s Contributions to Work Group:
The main function of a customer service specialist is to manage communications with customers around their End of Lease experience and work closely with Lease Consultants to assist in managing their portfolio of customers
They will serve as an email liaison between the customer and internal company operations.
Respond accordingly to email methodology.
Participate and contribute to the strong sense of teamwork with Lease Service
