Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling and organization of appointments for services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Salesforce and other call centre software
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience in sales pitching and closure is a plus
