A large healthcare provider is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for incoming calls related to workers’ compensation claims. This position requires strong customer service skills, quick thinking, and the ability to accurately route callers and enter new claim information into the system. While prior workers’ compensation experience is a nice to have, however the team is willing to teach the technical components — strong communication, and multitasking ability are required.
Key Responsibilities
Phone Intake & Call Routing — Serve as the lead on incoming phone lines; answer calls within two rings and identify caller needs quickly and accurately.
Customer Service Support — Communicate with injured employees, service officers, and internal adjusters; ensure callers are directed to the correct resource.
New Claim Entry — Enter new workers’ compensation claims into the internal system with speed...
