Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform email support to address customer queries and follow-ups
- Promote products and services when appropriate to support sales and retention goals
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions aligned with company standards
- Document customer interactions and ensure proper case handling in the system
Requirements
- At least 2 years of BPO/customer service experience
- Senior High School graduate or at least 2nd-year college level
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven stable work history (longer tenure in previous roles preferred)
- Experience in sales and retention is preferred
