Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume customer onboarding effort for a municipal service program in Petersburg, Virginia. This is a Contract position focused on assisting a large number of households by answering inbound calls, collecting account details, and ensuring each customer is accurately set up for service.
