In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of resolving complex customer incidents, providing high-touch, white-glove service through phone and email interactions. You’ll navigate a fast-paced, high-impact environment, leveraging critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes. On a weekly basis, you can expect to connect with approximately 150 customers and successfully resolve 60+ tickets using a dynamic ticketing platform making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
