Job Description
- Serves as the frond desk representative of the branch, handling customer inquiries, concern and requests both face to face and through phone calls.
- Provides accurate information and ensures a positive customer experience at all times.
- Organizes and manages branch documents susch as receipts, petty cash records, and other files for submission to the head office.
- Handles frontline administrative functions, including coordination and processing of branch utility bills (electricity, water and similar expenses)
- Performs other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support smooth branch operations.
