Description Our client in the flexible packaging industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Richmond, BC.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between Sales and internal and external customers. While working together with the Account Managers and the manufacturing team, the CSR ensures that all orders are booked, produced, and delivered to the customers' expectations every time. 
What you will do 
Customer Relationship responsibilities include: 
* Communicate with Sales and Customers through telephone, email and customer visits.
* Coordinate order entry (product specs, purchase order#, quantity, price, delivery dates, packaging instructions) accurately and in a timely manner
* Confirm orders to customers
* Maintain current price pages
* Perform secondary review of other CSR's orders/pricing
* Provide customers with up-to-date inventory reports
