We are looking for Customer Service staff to join our team! The primary role is to support the department and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
The responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide support to the sales team for the entry of quotation requests from current and potential customers.
- Support customer requirements.
- Efficiently solve any problem related to sales orders and deliveries of our products.
- Manage the collection of information from the accounts required for production, engineering, quality, and finance.
- Interpret customer needs and offer solutions.
- Monitor current open orders.
