Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve account, transaction, and platform issues
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Requirements
- 1+ years in customer service, preferably in fintech or banking
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English required; Russian or Spanish is a plus
