About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers through both inbound phone‑based support and email interactions. You’ll provide timely and accurate advice and help make a positive impact on our customers’ experience. We’ll equip you with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to build confidence and capability to deliver solutions that meet customers’ needs.
These permanent full‑time positions start with a salary of $60,216 plus Kiwi Saver, and we offer hybrid working arrangements, excellent training and development, and the opportunity to progress to Senior CSR with increased remuneration.
