Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative based in Houston, TX, to support our operations in drayage, trucking, and container shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the transportation industry, specifically in drayage, trucking, and container management. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.This role will be with one of our motor carriers, XLR8.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our drayage, trucking, and container services.

Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any service-related issues.
