Job Description
Responsibilities:
Receiving and placing a booking
Managing bookings through multiple platforms
Handling driver queries
Diverting any lost property or fare charge discrepancies
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- At least 1 year of customer support experience
- Ability to navigate through different tools
- Some admin experience is a plus but not critical
- Travel bookings experience is a plus but not critical
- Taxi booking experience is a plus but not critical
- Must be flexible to work any shift (mid shift, night shift) and work on weekends
