Our client, a well-established industrial equipment and service company, is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative to support their Red Deer branch. This position acts as the primary point of contact for service customers and plays a key role in coordinating service activities, supporting technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Further Responsibilities Include the Following
- Coordinate customer service requests and support daily service department operations
- Gather customer information and accurately document equipment/service issues
- Prepare quotations for labor, materials, subcontractors, and parts
- Create and manage work orders and purchase orders
