Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Advisor
Location: Nr Stroud
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required during peak seasons)
Salary: £25,000
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and webchat enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
- Process customer orders and assist with dispatch using courier and e-commerce platforms
- Provide product advice and support customers in selecting suitable options
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support customer enquiries
- Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Support sales activity by assisting customers through the purchasing process
