Job Description
As a Customer Service professional, your responsibilities are:
- Process customer purchase orders in line with customer logistics and shipping requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues.
- Manage and track customer cases in Salesforce.
- Resolve logistics and delivery issues in collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams.
- Participate in daily team meetings and support the resolution of escalated customer concerns.
- Ensure effective team backup coverage and knowledge sharing.
- Complete required training and contribute to a positive, KPI-driven team environment..
A successful Customer Service professional should have:
Qualifications:
- Customer service or order management experience.
