Job Responsibilities:
- To handle and address internal and external customer's daily inquiries, requests, concerns through different channels such as emails, calls, and walk in clients in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Relations/Service in the real estate industry or Call Center Agent experience
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good negotiation skill
- Willing to report in Makati City
