Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat) Process: Global Antivirus Client Location: Jaipur Salary: ■3.24 LPA ■36,000 PLI Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner • Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers • Maintain quality and productivity standards • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines Eligibility Criteria: • Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience or Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Basic computer knowledge Compensation: • Monthly CTC: ■30,000 (including performance-linked incentives) • Annual CTC: ■3.24 LPA ■36,000 PLI Work Details: • 5 days working • Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required) • Rotational week offs Additional Details: • Process: Email/Chat Support – Global Antivirus Client • Assessment: Writex (Minimum score: 58)
