Collect customer order and negotiate delivery time based on customer requirement and inventory fulfillmentSystem operation/data maintenance in SBD & customers' systems, such as price maintenance and update, order confirmationWork with various departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on timeStatus tracking and feedback
Scope incl. FC to order, order to delivery, delivery to shipment, consignment inventoryTimely feedback and support of various orders problemsBill to cash mgmt.
