Job Description


  • Serve as the primary (multichannel) point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Processing and managing customer orders in line with the company's procedures

  • Entering and maintaining order data in ERP/CRM systems (Excel, MS Dynamics)

  • Coordinating order fulfilment with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service)

  • Tracking order status and monitoring delivery timelines

  • Preparing order‑related documentation, reports, and summaries

  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders with relevant information

  • Identifying and resolving delivery or order‑related issues
