Responsibilities
- Plan, control, lead, and organize the activities of frontline agents.
- Ensure prompt response and dispatch times and compliance with operational procedures to meet standard quality service.
- Update and monitor data and parameters entered into the system.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any four‑year course.
- Preferably with supervisory experience or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good moral character.
